Booking Conditions:

Deposit: 20% upon booking (refundable if canceled at least 60 days before arrival).

Final Payment: 80% due always 7 days before the first day of the booked month.
If your booking starts on the 1st of the month, payment on arrival is also possible.
If you need assistance with flight reservations, we can recommend a trusted company to help with your purchase. We also strongly advise purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Additionally, if needed, we can also recommend car rentals or assist you with transfers.

Chtěl bych touto cestou poděkovat za skvělé ubytování v Alcúdii. Apartmán 2 minuty od Playa de Muro, která je prostě fantastická. V dochodne vzdálenosti spousta supermarketů, ale i hypermarket (Eroski). Dvě zastávky autobusem (zastávka hned za barákem) je Lidl. Apartmán má vše, co potřebujete. Myčka, pračka, sušička... Ještě jednou díky za báječnou dovolenou. Věřím, že se jednou na tohle místo vrátíme.

Ahojte, rada by som dala review na jednu skvelu osobku, Lenka ponuka moznost mat super dovolenku na Mallorce v lokalite Alcudia viem ze vela ludi je v posl dobe oklamanych a prislo o zalohy ci komplet peniaze za ubytka, tak toto mozno pomoze vsetkym. Ak si prenajmete apartman cez nu, tak urcite neolutujete. Pomoze fakt so vsetkym ja som mala drobcov chorych, sla so mnou do lekarne, bola mi vzdy k dispozicii ak som potrebovala dake info, zriesila odvoz na letisko, dohodla mi upratovacku a este ako bonus poskytuje koucing ci meditaciu ozaj uzasna osoba so skvelym portfoliom co sa tyka apartmanov na prenajom. Ak ste mali podobnu skusenost s nou, kludne pridajte koment ci like

Tiez sa pripajam k dobrej skusenosti. Nemam co vytknut. Lenka bola pocas nasho pobytu na malorke vzdy ochotna pomoct a poradit, ked sme nieco potrebovali touto cestou by som jej chcela tiez velmi pekne podakovat Malorku sme si uzili a to sme cestovali s 1 a 2 rocnymi detmi pomohla s s dopravou, poradila vylety, restauracie, no so vsetkym co sme sa pytali. vrelo odporucam.
