Service Description

This project was born from a clear conviction: well-being should not be an occasional luxury, but an essential part of everyday life. For this reason, we design personalized experiences that bring the essence of our retreats into different spaces, allowing people to enjoy a complete wellness experience in an accessible and carefully structured format. Our Restorative Yoga, Sound Bath & Aromatherapy Workshop has been created to support nervous system regulation and promote a state of calm, presence, and deep rest through a fully integrated sensory and body-based experience. The session begins with a somatic connection phase, focused on conscious breathing and gentle movement. This first stage helps participants reconnect with the body, release accumulated tension, and prepare the nervous system for deeper relaxation. We then move into the restorative yoga practice, supported by a live sound bath and carefully selected aromatherapy. Together, these elements create an immersive environment that encourages deep relaxation, sensory integration, and physical, emotional, and energetic balance. The experience concludes with a three-course conscious plant-based meal, prepared by our collaborators at Carpe Guillem, offering a final moment for nourishment, grounding, integration, and connection through holistic well-being.
