SOMA EXPERIENCE ✨ Discover a 1h 15min experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself and gift yourself a moment of calm, presence, and well-being. In the fast-paced rhythm of daily life, we sometimes forget to listen to ourselves and give ourselves the space we truly need. SOMA EXPERIENCE was born as an invitation to pause, breathe, and return to yourself. We combine restorative Yin Yoga, guided meditation with frequencies, sound massage with singing bowls, aromatherapy, grounding, and integration to create a space where you can deeply relax and connect with your body in a conscious and gentle way. Each experience is tailored to the individual and what they wish to work on or need in that moment. Whether it is reducing stress, finding more calm, connecting with emotions, feeling more present, or simply gifting yourself a moment of self-care—the guidance adapts to your needs. The intention of this experience is to guide you and support the regulation of your nervous system, helping you find more calm and balance, while providing simple tools you can integrate into your daily life to continue caring for yourself at home. Sessions take place on the beach at sunrise, surrounded by nature and accompanied by the peaceful energy of a new beginning. Cancellation Policy
La reserva de cualquier servicio se confirma únicamente tras la realización del pago correspondiente. Una vez efectuado el pago, la plaza o sesión queda bloqueada, por lo que el importe abonado no es reembolsable. En caso de no poder asistir, la persona inscrita podrá ceder su plaza a otra persona o solicitar un cambio de fecha, siempre que la naturaleza del servicio y la disponibilidad lo permitan y avisando con la mayor antelación posible. Cuando un servicio tenga plazas limitadas, estas se asignarán por orden de confirmación de pago. En caso de completarse el aforo, se podrá habilitar una lista de espera, desde la cual se contactará a las personas interesadas si se libera una plaza. El transporte, desplazamientos u otros gastos no especificados expresamente no están incluidos, salvo que se indique lo contrario en la descripción del servicio. Al realizar una reserva, la persona participante acepta estas condiciones y asume la responsabilidad de cuidar su propio proceso, respetar el espacio compartido y los tiempos establecidos.
