Cancellation Policy

Una vez efectuado el pago, la plaza o sesión queda bloqueada, por lo que el importe abonado no es reembolsable. En caso de no poder asistir, la persona inscrita podrá ceder su plaza a otra persona o solicitar un cambio de fecha, siempre que la naturaleza del servicio y la disponibilidad lo permitan y avisando con la mayor antelación posible. Cuando un servicio tenga plazas limitadas, estas se asignarán por orden de confirmación de pago. En caso de completarse el aforo, se podrá habilitar una lista de espera, desde la cual se contactará a las personas interesadas si se libera una plaza. El transporte, desplazamientos u otros gastos no especificados expresamente no están incluidos, salvo que se indique lo contrario en la descripción del servicio. Al realizar una reserva, la persona participante acepta estas condiciones y asume la responsabilidad de cuidar su propio proceso, respetar el espacio compartido y los tiempos establecidos.
